Cedarwood essential oil  is a versatile oil with many therapeutic benefits for the  scalp, mind and skin. It can  also be used  as a natural insect repellent. Cedar oil can also be combined with other essential oils to help reduce stress and for a good night sleep. 
 Like with most essential oils, cedaqrwood  should  be diluted in a carrier oil if used topically. Cedarwood oil also works well in a diffuser, as its vapors aid relaxation and calmness.
